To provide laboratory screening tests for individuals who desire to take charge of their
own health and personally monitor their wellness, and to assist in the prevention or early detection of disease by providing low cost, high quality screening services directly and confidentially to consumers.

History

Founded in 1985, our wellness screening programs have helped people become aware of
the importance of prevention and early detection, as well as employers saving healthcare costs. We have worked with some of the country's largest retailers, as well as state and
local Health Departments in organizing and administering health screenings.

What we do

We provide laboratory screening tests for members at discount prices - up to 70%
off the labs' Patient Price list. Serious medical conditions can go undetected for up
to two years without noticeable symptoms. For those who desire to take charge of
their own health and assist in the prevention or early detection of disease, we have a thorough "baseline" annual Wellness profile. Or save money on tests ordered by your physician.

Simple - order securely online or call 1-800-635-1477.  A package is sent to you with the necessary requisition form, information as to fasting requirements, business hours, location address information. Your blood is drawn at the PSC and then processed by that lab.

Convenient - over 5000 locations nationwide, giving you access to one close to home or work.   Your zip code will help us determine which lab is most convenient.

Confidential - results sent directly to you. A copy can be sent to your Healthcare provider, with a signed HIPAA release. You can also view your results securely online with setup of a username and password. After your blood is drawn at the lab's PSC, the report will print in our office within 24-48 hours. We mail the results confidentially to you with a description of the test(s) you receive.

Inexpensive - save as much as 70% off the published Patient Price lists from major labs. LTD contracts with the major CLIA-certified clinical laboratories. Volume-driven pricing allows significant savings to be passed on to MEMBERS ONLY. The tests listed here are the more common tests ordered. Please call the toll-free number for information on those not listed. Members will receive a minimum of 20% off those tests as well.

No "Extra" or Hidden Fees - You may pay by credit card or check. The prices listed are all-inclusive and no extra charges are added within the continental USA. Additional shipping may be added for those outside the USA. After an order is processed, you may cancel prior to blood draw with a refund equal to the price of the test less process & handling fee: $20 on serum tests and $25. on kit tests.
